Rapero en lengua maya con el seudónimo Chilam Kawich (ganador de uno de los premios de la convocatoria “De tradición y nuevas rolas 2023”); fue locutor de radio en Radio Yúuyum (2016-2018); ha escrito poesía en el poemario Bajo la señal del alba (2015) y en la Revista de Literatura Efecto Antabús (2017).
En narrativa destaca la compilación de relatos Ichile múuyalo’ob yéetel tunicho’obo/ Entre nubes y piedras (2017 y 2019) y el libro titulado U k’a’asajil kaaj/ La memoria del pueblo, con apoyo del PACMYC (edición 2022).
Desde el 2018 pertenece al Colectivo Chak Nikte’, integrado por algunos habitantes mayahablantes de Mocochá, Yucatán, donde ha organizado “Jornadas culturales: conociendo nuestras raíces” en el municipio (12-14 de agosto de 2019); así como talleres de literatura y lengua maya.
Actualmente imparte clases de lengua y literatura maya en la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán (UADY) y clases de lengua maya, en modalidad virtual, por iniciativa propia en Xook Maaya: Estudia Maya.
