"No estamos preparados para los cambios que se nos vienen encima, esto implica la necesidad de un cambio urgente en nuestros sistemas de educación", escribe Camnitzer. Más allá de lo alucinante que puedan resultar estos encuentros hipotéticos, guiados por el pensamiento libertario de Rodríguez, lo que el autor propone en este libro, además de un uso crítico de los chatbots, es un ejercicio de especulación que pone de relieve el valor de la fantasía, en contraposición a la enseñanza STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas, por sus siglas en inglés) y la algoritmización del pensamiento.

Resucita a Simón Rodríguez (1769-1854), educador, tipógrafo y filósofo caraqueño, mejor conocido por haber sido el tutor de Simón Bolívar. En una sesentena de conversaciones imaginarias Rodríguez dialoga con Zygmunt Bauman, Olga y Leticia Cossetini, bell hooks, Lygia Clark, Guy Debord, Frantz Fanon, Paulo Freire, Gramsci, Joseph Jacotot, Kondiaronk, Ivan Illich, Johannes Itten, Francisco Severo Maldonado, Mallarmé, María Montessori, María Sabina, Domingo Sar- miento, Mary Shelley, Rabindranath Tagore, Rosario Vera Peñaloza y Simone Weil, entre otros personajes históricos.
"No estamos preparados para los cambios que se nos vienen encima, esto implica la necesidad de un cambio urgente en nuestros sistemas de educación", escribe Camnitzer. Más allá de lo alucinante que puedan resultar estos encuentros hipotéticos, guiados por el pensamiento libertario de Rodríguez, lo que el autor propone en este libro, además de un uso crítico de los chatbots, es un ejercicio de especulación que pone de relieve el valor de la fantasía, en contraposición a la enseñanza STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas, por sus siglas en inglés) y la algoritmización del pensamiento.
