El segundo bloque se centra en la tributación ambiental, examinando impuestos ecológicos en los estados mexicanos, el bono de carbono contemplado en la Ley del IEPS, incentivos fiscales para Empresas Socialmente Responsables y el financiamiento ambiental sostenible en Cuba a través de la banca verde.
El tercer bloque analiza la auditoría ambiental voluntaria, su alineación con normas internacionales de auditoría e información financiera, y el procedimiento legal de la auditoría oficiosa realizada por autoridades ambientales, considerando criterios jurisprudenciales aplicables.
