string(1274) "Dentro de las actividades profesionales en el ámbito de la Arquitectura y de la Ingeniería, uno de los proyectos y diseños que se manejan dentro de la profesión de la construcción, es esta representación arquitectónica basada en planimetrías y que se denomina “Proyecto Ejecutivo”, el cual es una serie de planos que se trabajan dentro de la obra y que mantienen informaciones detalladas y específicas de algunos materiales y equipamientos que se colocarán dentro del elemento a desarrollar.
Es tal la precisión de estos elementos que cada uno de los detalles plasmados en los planos permiten a los profesionales el mantener un orden y un equilibrio del espacio, así como los lugares donde se colocarán.
La representación gráfica de estas planimetrías va más allá que un simple plano de construcción, o de trazo, la implementación del desglose de materiales y colores, anchos y grosores, deberán de ser los especificados en dichos planos, para evitar errores en los trabajos de construcción y de sus acabados, se respeta la norma y los datos, basado en la aceptación por parte del constructor y de los profesionales a su cargo mediante firmas de acuerdo en un libro de registro o de bitácoras para evitar sanciones al respecto.
